The U.S. Naval Institute hosted the 8th annual DARE Innovation Workshop in conjunction with the 2023 WEST Conference at the San Diego Convention Center. This unique event brings together mid-grade active-duty and reserve personnel and civilian counterparts across industry and academia to engage on critical issues facing the sea services.
Participants used design thinking processes to conduct root analysis, brainstorm, and propose creative solutions on challenge questions posed by the Chief of Naval Operations, Admiral Michael Gilday.
