Captain Joshua P. Taylor, U.S. Navy, is a foreign area officer (Indo-Pacific) and former EA-6B Prowler electronic countermeasures officer. He currently is a military fellow at the Center for Strategic and International studies and spent four years as Deputy Chief, Office of Defense Cooperation Malaysia. He is a 1997 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds an M.A. in Organizational Management from the George Washington University.
