Colonel Leimbach is the director of the Joint Intermediate Force Capabilities Office. He graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s in computer and information sciences and a minor in history and was commissioned in 1992 after completing Officer Candidates School. His tours of duty include the 2d Marine Division and Marine Corps Systems Command, and he was a Secretary of Defense corporate fellow.
